Courtney Cooper has been in healthcare for nearly 10 years. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Courtney spent time as a Pharmacy Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In late 2015, Courtney decided to continue her nursing career journey by completing her Registered Nursing degree. Since her teen years, Courtney knew she wanted to be a nurse when she herself was a patient and was inspired by the nurses who cared for her.
Courtney’s nursing background includes long term care, skilled nursing, memory care, urgent care, family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. The continuity of care and seeing the difference that can be made on a day-to-day basis is what is most appealing to Courtney about Assisted Living. Courtney has a passion for promoting the highest level of physical, emotional and mental independence for residents while supporting and encouraging them daily.
Courtney lives in Molalla with her husband and children. Courtney appreciates this opportunity to serve the residents, families, and staff at Rackleff.
